Traditional sand and cement rendering
Sand and cement render is a more traditional style of render, its designed to provide a water resistant coating onto either block or brick work. After the application process the render can be painted to your desired colour.
Pebble dashing
Pebble dashing consists of a sand and cement render with stones applied (dashed) whilst the render is still wet. This process is usually found on older style properties. After the application process the render can be painted to your desired colour
Through coloured render systems
These more modern render systems are more popular with new builds although can be used on refurbishment projects. Unlike traditional render methods, the benefit of these renders is, not having to paint after the application process, they come bagged in a variety of colours to choose from.
